- Estate Sale
- This type of sale usually takes 3 or 4 days to prepare and price each item. With our vast experience, we can easily determine a fair price for each item. After each item is tagged, it would be displayed for sale.
Adequate parking is necessary, as is a home large enough to hold 50 people at one time. We will place ads in local newspapers. Two weeks notice is required for an estate sale, so that we may properly set up and advertise the sale. - Private Auction
- For a private auction, we will inventory and photograph the items for sale, and invite buyers who we know will buy your items. An experienced auctioneer will sell your items one at a time to the highest bidder.
This sale can take place with limited parking, in a home that can hold at least 50 people. 5-7 days are needed to properly advertise and set up this sale. - Public Auction
- A public auction is similar to a private auction, with one major difference. A public sale will be advertised to the general public in local newspapers. Items will be sold to the highest bidder, one at a time.
Adequate parking is necessary, as are restrooms, and food service for about 200 people. We need two weeks notice to properly set up and advertise this sale. - Items Bought
- We will purchase items, from a single piece to an entire household, for an agreed upon price. We will pick up this merchandise from your property.
